Management and staff were excellent. I had an issue with my card - I was Diamond. Downgraded to Platinum. But when I arrived, I displayed an old account that was Classic. I have resolved this accounting issue. But the manager didn’t embarrass me n front of my friend - and said, we will treat you as Diamond. The tTeam were amazing!!!

The breakfast was amazing . A lot of different breakfast options. Everything was delicious. The swimming pool area was nice , the staff was formal and attentive . The hotel is beautifully and tastefully appointed and decorated . The lobby had a bar and lots of nice couches ans sitting area.. there’s artwork throughout the hotel . Everything was great , extremely clean.. and 2 streets away from Piazza Tasso , center of everything within walking distance .. it exceeded our expectations..

We loved EVERYTHING about this accommodation! This was our favourite place from our whole Italy trip! The staff were SUPER HELPFUL and friendly! If your staying there you MUST GO TO THEIR SPA!!!! Wow what an experience! Beautiful and só relaxing! Walking distance to the buss stop!

We spent a few days at Punta Campanella Resort & SPA to unwind—and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. The view is absolutely breathtaking, like being suspended between the sky and the sea. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and that incredible panorama was pure magic. Our room was spotless, cozy, and peaceful. The staff were always kind and welcoming—genuinely warm people who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to the reception team for helping us out with a few last-minute requests. The highlight? Definitely the Rooffiani rooftop with its panoramic pool. We spent hours there enjoying cocktails, relaxing in the sun, and having one of the most memorable dinners of our trip. The food was fresh and delicious, beautifully presented. We truly felt like we were on holiday—completely disconnected from the stress of everyday life. This is the kind of place you leave with a full heart and the wish to return. And we absolutely will.
