Everything was just perfect, ReLabo cured me after everyday ski trip. Every staff was super friendly, the breakfast was the best I had ever had in Japan, the spa was amazing, the dinner exceeded my expectation, the room was clean and comfortable. Deep in the mountains in winter with lots of snow and a beautiful rotenburo- outside bath - the location was perfect. The staff were so polite and helpful. The Onsen was exceptionally nice. The restaurant food was so delicious we are there most nights! The room was perfect as we were out all day and just needed a bed and a shower!

Good size rooms, nice onsen, right by chair lift / rope way and spaces to hang out with a group. Dinner and breakfast were delicious! Staff were friendly and offered to drive us to another ski field when the ropeway was closed.

Absolutely gorgeous. I love the garden, even in its winter state, and the outdoor bath and sauna was just amazing with the flurries of snow around. The staff were amazing, and the driver took us to the aquarium and back on our last morning before we took the train back to Aomori. The history is very special, and the food was also spectacular - it was so lovely to experience this Japanese cooking.
