Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The reception named Mei was incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was superb with many varieties. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. The music performers were excellent, and the bar staff were just as great. The hotel's location in American Village was incredibly convenient, especially with a Lawson right next door for any quick needs.

Family friendly with tiny special services like daily noodle time and all-day free beverage, happy time in the evening, daily events for children (and adults too!) The staff were very much friendly and always eager to help. The location is 3mins to Makishi station.

One of our favourite spots in the world. We love the Yuinchi Hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff. Spacious rooms and an amazing restaurant. The cherry on top are the beautiful views over the harbour.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Booked a couple massage and it was so relaxing. Thumbs up to the staff at the spa. Would definitely book again.
