Our room has a good view of Mt Fuji from the bed! Room was generally clean, just a bit of dust on the TV rack which is no big issue for us (wet wipes worked well). Front desk male staff was efficient in checking-in us in and giving us information about our stay. Coffee, tea and cold drinks are available from 3pm daily.

The onsen is excellent. There is so many to choose from. As for the food, there is a very good selection and it's reasonably priced. There is a restaurant at the top level where you may see Mount fuji on a clear day.

In the eveni ng a beautiful quiet surrounding, in clear skies starglazing. Dinner at 7:30 pm no available any more as the restaurant is the golf clubhouse. Nice big room.

Big open grounds, friendly staff, great amenities. Unfortunately it rained during our stay but there was a moment where we could see Mt Fuji, so the view would usually be fantastic. Very close to the nearby lake as well.
