Wonderful hotel with free beautiful private baths also for mixed people and many other great extras, including free laundry. Huge and tasty breakfast with any kind of food. Free ramen every night is a really nice treat. Everything so clean and well-managed. Staff always kind and available. Position close to JR station and city center for restaurants. A bit far from ski resort, but taxi is a good and reasonable-priced solution. The budget is of course high-range, but here you can find all the luxury and satisfaction you expect

Best ski in ski out hotel in Furano. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal, a must have included in the price. Onsen is big and enjoyable especially after a long ski day. This hotel is big with many restaurants options and you don't feel its too crowded even though it's full house during peak Ski period in January. We love our corner double room layout with fantastic views of the snowy mountains. Highly recommend its the ideal ski resort hotel

First of all I got to give my comliments to the amazing staff of Burlap!! Adrian, Clara and Ayana san, thank you guys so much for being helpful, caring and so so friendly! This place is very available through Booking massages. I wasn't sure about the hour of my arrival to Furano by train and so I didn't know at what time I should ask for a shuttle (which they provide on arrival and check out!). So eventually I told Adrian that I'll menage somehow. Then, when I arrived at Furano train station, I saw a message from him telling me it's raining and it's not a problem for them to come and get me. I sent a massage back that I've arrived and right on the spot he told me they'll come to pick me up in 10 minutes. they even arrived in less time. that was amazing! Miss Clara drove me and was very kind during my staying. Ayana san gave me great recommendations for a day trip nearby. And I had nice conversation with Adrian. Again, thank you guys! The place is very clean and pretty. Each day you'll get a new towels and room cleaning. Great place! I highly recommend!

The room is large and the beds are comfortable. The onsen is absolutely beautiful. I am vegetarian and the staff were absolutely wonderful in dealing with my dietary restrictions for breakfast. I was severed a delicious tofu fish each morning instead of bacon and eggs! I was so appreciative and they truly went above and beyond. Very happy with the service, the room and the entire stay.

As the very first guests of this newly opened hotel, we received a warm and grand welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The hotel offers beautiful scenery, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was delicate and delicious. I highly recommend it.

The staffs were attentive from the start. We requested specially for the breakfast to not include meat and alcohol as our dietary requirement and they accommodated the request for our large group (we are 10 people). The breakfast set was delicious! It's a family friendly resort. We were able to stay and share the futon with our small kids. I'm grateful that they gave us 1st floor room as we have elderly parents who has bad knees. The onsen were huge and very nice, they swap the onsen night and morning between men and women so we get to enjoy both of it. Felt our skin really glow up after nice dip in it. I love that they provided tote bag with needed amenities for onsen trip, not all onsen provided this. The location is superb, right in the middle of happenings in Furano. Just a short walk to the left side of the hotel there's a huge supermarket and nice Nepali restaurant. I have to mention the view from the room was incredible. For the services provided it was super value for the price paid. I highly recommended this place if you coming with family.

We are here early December, not many people here, and it is fantastic. For nature and hiking lovers this is the best place. We traveled Hokkaido to the far north, but here is the most snow and the food and onsen are beautiful as the mountains. Will rent snow shoes today and go up the mountain. The house, which has the spirit of an alp- mountain hut- is old and built around the Onsen, which is all natural water and giant stones, grown by moss inside and outside of the pools

Really friendly staff, great location, incredible food, very nice onsen. The apres ski lounge has beer on tap, the local bus stopped here.

It was in immaculate condition, excellent facilities for those wanting to cook and process laundry, and the location had great views of Hokkaido's mountains. Staff were phenomenal and really enabled my trip to Furano by providing extensive knowledge on sites to see and restaurants to try which was very helpful! The private onsen was particularly tranquil and overall the accommodation was spacious and comfortable
