Very small room, but known in advance, so acceptable. Would have loved the change to pay for an upgrade to a larger room, but the hotel was full. I thought the staff did an excellent job to accommodate all of our needs and wishes. Would stay here again for sure. Club was delightful and staff nicely engaged.

Relaxing onsen including an outdoor onsen, a sauna room, and a cold bath. Lots of freebies: laundry machines, yakult in the morning, popsicles at night, manga you can borrow to read, and also noodles at night. Room was bigger than a typical business hotel. Breakfast buffet was also good.

In a prime location in the center of Hiroshima, Super Hotel Hiroshima Yagenboridori provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property.

From the shuttle at the ferry dock, reception, orientation to the Spa, cleanliness of the room and facilities, and welcoming attitudes of the staff to the actual experience of dining, lounging, walking around the facilities and use of the Onsen, we were delighted with the property. The relaxed atmosphere helped after riding the Shimanami Kaido International Cycling event.

Kinsuikan provides a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 1.6 miles of Tsutsumigaura Beach and a 3-minute walk of Five Story Pagoda.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The free drinks and ice cream on the rooftop bar was a nice touch. Great location. Easy walk from the ferry and to the sites of Myajima island.

I had an ocean-view room with a balcony overlooking the Miyajima Torii gate. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with two twin beds. The hotel also provided free breakfast and dinner, which was very convenient, as I didn't have to leave the hotel to find food. I also used the free bus that takes you to the station and back, it made my stay less stressful. The private onsen I reserved was very relaxing and clean. I loved the view of the ocean while I enjoyed the onsen.

Highly recommend a stay here for access to Miyajima Island and Hiroshima. A particular highlight was this property's onsen baths - not just a lovely experience, but also wonderfully well-supported by staff, with amenities galore (even a shampoo bar!). Beautiful views, doable access thanks to the shuttle to the train station, and spacious rooms. Only wish I could have stayed longer!

The room was large and the futon very comfortable. The Onsen was peaceful clean and so relaxing. The dinner buffet was excellent with many delicacies and excellent value.

Beautiful, clean room, comfortable and spacious, with so many amenities. The staff was terrific! So helpful and kind. We loved all of our meals - they were delicious, plentiful, and creative.
