Room is spacious and clean. the outdoor onsen is a gem, so relaxing and well landscaped. Our omakase meals tasted great and different dishes for the 2 nights that we stayed. One of the staff even recognized us when we were walking to the train station after our sandbath at Saraku and picked us up to drive us back to the hotel. From train station drop and pick up to a tailored to our interests day tour of Ibusuki (so very well worth it) to restaurant recommendations to good stories sum up our stay! The place was clean, calm, located in walking distance to the famous the sand baths as well as multiple restaurants. The Japanese traditional breakfast was very good. Peaceful and quiet, to the city center a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Supermarket 10 minutes by walking away. An amazing place to recover your soul, with the silence around you. The best views ever from the rooms. Beach side, ocean, volcanos. The rooms are clean, comfortable and everything necessary is available. Super friendly stuff.
