The room we had was amazing, the dinner exceptional, the breakfast overwhelming. It was a stop we made between 3 days in Kyoto and 3 days in Tokyo and it was such a special experience, definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Staff is kind and attentive.

Beautiful structure a few steps from everything and well connected by public transport. Very clean room, very comfortable Futons. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff checking in were wonderful and helped us ship our bags and answered all the questions we had. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The onsen was amazing and beautiful. We also tried the brick baths and those were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The service and staff were exceptional. They are English friendly. The facilities (private onsen, relaxation room) and room were clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed the tatami mats and no shoes in the hotel. There were also free sweets, ice pops, noodles, and drinks at certain times throughout the day which were delicious! At check-in, a pamphlet was provided outlining the location of the facilities and times for each service. I had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel - dinner was a fun experience and breakfast had many options.

We had a great stay at Sora Niwa hotel! The hot tub was fantastic, the staff extremely friendly, I was really excited to find the great hair styler in the room. The roof top bar view was really nice!
