The authenticity of the place, it is a beautiful tradition Japanese house. There is also a private onsen in the bathroom. Women who work there were so lovely, so friendly. We had also traditional breakfast and I am vegetarian and they accommodated the meals for me. There is also a coffee shop in the establishment and they have great coffee with delicious cakes.

Loved the hotel. Location was a little far out for us. Taxi back and forth to town was about $50 USD each way and some taxis only took cash. Hotel and staff were exceptional.

It was very close to the train station. There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean. The room was a bit small (typical in Japan) but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
