All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. Amazing stay in the magic town of Arima Onsen, incredibly helpful staff assisted us in checking in in an amazing traditional yet modern structure. Super clean with a very large bathroom and tatami bedroom, great services provided and magic feeling of traveling back in time. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, it’s hard to not write an essay about this place. We were greeted with 4 people. Everything was explained about onsens. They gave us plate of fruits- it was delicious. We could use private bus. They reserved for us restaurant. We booked room with our own onsen outside, everything was clean and so luxurious. We loved it and recommended to stay here, great experience!
