The room & shared toilet were clean and there’s even small onsen (outdoor and indoor) that you can book for private usage for 30 mins-1hr each day. The view from my window was amazing, snowy mountain and trees.
The breakfast was super delicious, Japanese food that warmed my heart. Sae and her partner even helped us with the luggages & drove us safely back to the nearest station. Love this place!

Courtey bus to and from the ski centre included. Beautiful onsens for men and women on ground level and private onsen we could book on the roof terrace. They picked us up at Echigo Yuzawa station when we arrived and kindly gave us lift back to the station when our trip was over. They also gave us a lift to the Ishiuchi trains station when needed. They answered all our questions and helped us booking taxis. The ryokan is very well mantained and has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast has plenty of good options.
