The accommodation is close to Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski resort, and they offer free transportation to and from the ryokan. You can also use the facilities like the onsen, dry room or have them transport you to the shinkansen station until 6PM after checking out.

Clean and very well kept, a charming property with modern amenities, close to ski lifts and very helpful staff! We highly recommend their Junior Suite, it is spacious, with a semi-open air private onsen, a washing machine and even a massage chair! Perfect for couples, or a small family. Staff were extremely accommodating to our requests throughout the stay.

Great service by staff. Pick up and drop off to the train station included. Courtey bus to and from the ski centre included. Beautiful onsens for men and women on ground level and private onsen we could book on the roof terrace. Ski and snowboard hire on site for a much cheaper price than the ski centre. Very friendly and helpful staff even though their English was limited. Felt very traditional and cosy. Big comfy beds as well.

I m very surprised with Onsen. Which have 3 area.. the private one is the place that you can feel the snow drop and hot spring at the same time. Morning view is amazing.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They picked us up at Echigo Yuzawa station when we arrived and kindly gave us lift back to the station when our trip was over. They also gave us a lift to the Ishiuchi trains station when needed. They answered all our questions and helped us booking taxis. The ryokan is very well mantained and has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast has plenty of good options. The ofuro and the onsen are small but comfortable. All in all a very nice ryokan.
