The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We requested a room near the elevator due to mobility issues, the hotel accommodated us, enabling us to more easily visit all the hotel's facilities.

Everything was excellent: the property is very well maintained, a lot of the activities (bring plong pants and tennis) Segway, go cart, pool, beach, onsen; food was great. My only concern was the Japanese style beds and pillows it was a little hard for us but it doesn’t really bother us.

Hidden gem indeed, the hotel has this artsy vibe to it which I appreciate. The layout of the room is nicely designed, making the bathroom bigger than most okinawa accomdation we have stayed.
