I spent two very pleasant nights at this hotel. Accommodations were great, staff was extremely polite and willing to help at all times. The comfort starts at the moment you take your shoes off at the lobby entrance. The breakfast includes a full variety of high quality options to pick. Free ice cream is available in the afternoon until midnight, a nice snack that goes along with the relaxing bath after walking all day. A late night snack is also offered at the restaurant after 9pm. I am happy I decided to stay for more than one night, it gives you the time to visit Nara and also enjoy the benefits of booking the stay at an onsen.

This hotel is so good that I did not not ask anything because they provide me everything that i need, eg. towel for kids, tooth brushes and even selipars for the kids. Room was very nice and comfortable. Its located next to the train station and bus stop to the attraction. It was the best hotel when we visited japan. Thank you

It's compact but cozy. The onsen bath downstairs is the best! My favorite part of the day. Although they run out shortly after the 3pm check-in window, the pillow selection of various softness is great...if you can grab one.

The in-room onsen was INCREDIBLE. So convenient, relaxing, and truly healing. I liked that you could open the window for a cool breeze. The service was also very kind and helpful.

Very nice hotel catering for Japanese. Very clean and comfy. Did not allow us to check in earlier. Relatively remote from tourist attractions, but we had a car, so did not matter

The Hotel has free parking. The facilities look good, and are quite quiet. I haven't tried the onsen, but it seems to only be used by older people. There is a welcome drink and the breakfast is from 6:30. The pillow in the room is very hard and it just one for two people sleeping, however, they have several options of pillows in the lobby so you can choose the one you like the most.

All properties with onsen in Nara

Looking for a property with onsen?

Featuring traditional Japanese hot springs known as "onsen," these hotels offer a relaxing soak in therapeutic, geothermal waters. Traditionally onsens were located outdoors, but a number of hotels now offer indoor facilities for private or shared use. The healing properties of each onsen will vary depending on its location, with "kuroyu" black water famous for its positive effects on skin.

Brilliant hotel…..very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very clean, as were the linen. Had a very relaxing few days. The highlight of our stay at the hotel was the hot spring….magical. Highly recommended.

Perfectly situated a 3 min walk from the JR Station and 20 mins from the edge of Nara Park. Spotlessly clean with lovely compact indoor and outdoor onsen. Felt a litte like a ryokan 'experience' hotel….slightly kitsch, but nothing wrong with that! Warm cozy room and comfy bed.

Location is excellent, right beside the JR station. Room is too small to stay comfortably for two persons even for a short stay. Breakfast is simple but quite good. There is a natural onsen in the hotel, which is the added value for the guests if you like Japanese hot spring. Front desk staff are very nice, but speak poor English as usual.
