The staff was incredibly nice, everything was very clean and the Onsen amazing. Whenever it's free you can go in and enjoy the Onsen for yourself! The location is great to walk to all the sightseeing spots in Nikko and the bus stop is about a 10 min walk away to get to the Lake & the train stations.
