    Such good value for money staying here in the summer! Room was beautiful. Loved the private onsen. Breakfast was great. The hotel felt very sophisticated and staff were polite. It's right across from a Lawson. Had omakase at Araki tempura which was our favourite meal on the entire trip.

    The private onsen was fantastic! For 2000 yen, we get a whole onsen all to ourselves (4 pax) and there is even an outdoor onsen pool. Shower facilities and amenities are great. Breakfast was good - they offer Japanese and western. The hotel is clean and really close to Hirafu grand ski area. There is a drug store which is less than 50m from the hotel and sells basically everything. 2 more convenience store down the road (5-8 mins walk). They also offer free pick up and drop off to Kutchan Station. Staff are super friendly and helpful

    They are so warm in receiving us. All smiles and even take time to go to my parents' room to assist on WiFi etc. The room is so big and clean. The private onsen was excellent. You pay for one flat rate and you can go in as a group and also there are indoor and outdoor onsen. The team also help us with our luggages and bid us goodbye warmly. Keep up the positive vibes.
