The onsen was fantastic. The grand bath had several pools with different hot spring water. The view was also great. The buffet dinner has a good selection of seafood. Loved the steamed crab legs, sashimi and tempura.

Wonderful dinner and onsite onsens. Walking distance to all the hot springs and right in the middle of other restaurants and shops. Quick walk to the bus terminal, which is then a short bus ride to the JR train station.

Right next to Hell Valley. Good view of Noboribetsu. Pretty hotel interior with artwork on display. Great for onsen aficionados with enormous grand bath and range of onsen options. Comfy futon beds, and the Japanese style room was elegant in design if a bit tired. Includes an indoor pool for families to swim together or those who prefer to wear swimsuits - swimsuit hire available. Liked the hot spring drinking station to taste the waters. Good on-site giftshop.

    - The room was spacious and clean - The facilities were great. It's more like a resort, where you can find shops, restaurants, etc. - Many different types of onsens (hot springs) - It's close to the local attractions like 地獄谷

Great hotel to relax in the onsen (the onsen has a bar to order drinks from). Just a short walk to the hot springs national park. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The onsen is spacious and offers a variety of hot springs to enjoy. The bathing facilities are clean, and they provide well-equipped personal care products. The breakfast served is decent. While the location is relatively close to Noboribetsu station, you may need to walk along a tarmac road with your luggage. However, the hotel's proximity to Noboribetsu Hell Valley makes it convenient for exploration.

Quite an authentic ryokan. Has an indoor and a outdoor hot spring. Rooms were spacious. Futons were comfortable. Good location within the shopping street and Hell valley.

It is a solid ryokan. I have stayed in several others throughout Japan and this one is a solid middle class one. The staff is making an effort and the futon beds were comfortable. I also liked that they use 100% hot spring water in the onsen

Lovely and helpful staff. Most spoke/understood a little English, however one person on staff was very good and was very kind to help us. Location was perfect in the middle of noboribetsu onsdn with walking distance to Jigokudani. Food was classic multicourse ryokan menu, mainly different fish. Our room was spacious and comfortable enough. Onsen was great with possibility to rent 50 min in private onsen. Both the public and private onsen had indoor and outdoor onsen, so perfect in the snowy weather.
