It seemed like it was dirty/ smelly but it was the natural Sulfur heating the hot spring water, an awesome experience! The black stuff in the water was ash!! It was clean!! Rooms were well furnished and had lots of extra blankets or pillows. The hotel also has its own onsen on the second floor. Heater worked well and there was complementary hot spring supplies. The staff was very friendly on check-in and check-out and the place has an elevator too if you have some heavy baggage. Location is only one corner away from the main restaurants and where most of the action happens, and is located right next to the bus stop too.Guest review byjejoYoung couple
