Staff was friendly and the room and facilities were very clean. The public outdoor onsen was a nice addition to our stay. A plus are the hotsprings outside and inside the hotel (connected) Not sure if it is hot spring weather or just normal water but it still vey beautiful. I stayed with a friend's family, but the children were delighted to have the rooms next to each other and to be able to connect the doors in the room.
