very appreciate to the kind staffs, they were able to help me to change my room which has a little problem to the another one. I also encountered a slight problem which I was unable to call the third party parking company nearby the Lawson. The staff used his phone directly and make calls to the parking company. Really very appreciate!

Very nice Onsen experience, excellent breakfast. The room was clean and spacious despite the age of the hotel.

Just a 10-minute walk from Asarigawa Onsen Winter Resort, 小樽旅亭 蔵群 Ryokan was created by designer Makoto Nakayama and features relaxing open-air hot-spring baths, a Japanese tea room and a cafe/bar.

We had an exceptional experience here. Visiting during the height of winter, we found the property incredibly warm and inviting - the private in-room open-air onsen was a highlight. I highly recommend the half-board stay as the kaiseki dining is great.

The owner was very nice and kind. I loved the sento (hot spring) downstairs! If you pay 300円, you can use it with free shampoo and towel. If I visit Otaru again, I will definitely stay here again!:)

The onsen was really nice. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor onsen in the hotel - what can be more lovely to enjoy the onsen while staring the stars! The hotel is also very close to the Asari Ski Resort, which makes the hotel a perfect place for ski lovers.

With mountain views, Margo's Garden Farmstay, Kiroro is set in Akaigawa and has a restaurant, free shuttle service, bar, garden, outdoor fireplace and picnic area.

Absolutely wonderful stay thanks to Liam and his team ! A cosy home in the heart of a beautiful winter, so close to the ski resort and yet so unique and surrounded by nature only, delicious meals, hot chocolate which makes you feel reconnected with your inner child, marvelous place for a family stay, seeing the view every morning is a blessing 😍

The luxury decor of the service apartment. We got wonderful views of snow and skiers practicing right at the doorstep. Their ski-in and ski-out with ski valet is superb. My children loves the staff at the ski valet. The apartment has washing machine with drying function which added to the convenience of cleaning their wet ski gears. 5stars
