The location is excellent. Right next to JR Sapporo station and very close to Daimaru. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need, even some bonus ones like a basic hair scrunchy.

Modern, very clean designed place! Breakfast is perfect mix of Japanese and Western style! Everyone in our family was able to find its favourites! Of course also all other aspects were fine as well!

Love the luxury zen feel of the hotel. Everything was impeccable and the rooms were so comfortable. My favourite naturally was the onsen with it's bamboo materials and lovely pools. It's within walking distance to Hokkaido University Botanical Gardens, Odori Park and the Sapporo TV Tower...Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

The location was extremely convenient and within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and many great restaurants. It was also only a 3-5 minute walk to Odori Station. The daily breakfast buffet was amazing and full of both Japanese and American choices. Having an onsen to soak in at the end of the day was a huge plus! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They gave restaurant recommendations, and directions and even organized a taxi service for 6 of us with lots of luggage. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

It was super comfy. We only booked it because side it’s one of the hotels that the bus to Niseko stops at - but we’re totally delighted by how comfortable it was. The restaurant on the ground floor was SO GOOD (especially for a vegetarian).
