We did the onsen which is small but confortable and clean. We can park at the hotel. We were at the upper floor, there is no elevator as mentioned in other comment but the staff kindly helped us to carry the luggages upstairs (we carry them down). Each one is unique which provides me different experience The onsen water is a little bit hot, but comfortable. Buffet is great, fresh food veggies and fish from local farms and matket. Tastes yummy. Free parking, definitely need a car to get there. A stay there allows you to use onsens at their sister hotels/ryokans. Unfortunately we didn't have time to check these onsens.
