It's something that I really apreciated specialy when you have an early landing and you have to wait til 3pm for the actual check in time.
The location is great, close to the old Narita area, the temple and JR train Station + Narita Keisei Station. Restaurants, bars, convenient shops are very close too.
Very effective lobby staff, kind and professional.

Stuff was also very friendly and could speak English, which is good for people who doesn't speak Japanese. (But I could understand a little bit). The breakfast was delicious, but pricy tho. Also there's convenience store on 2nd floor, if you wish to buy something to eat. And shuttle bus to Narita Airport was very convenient. It took me around 20min to get there.
