They provide free shuttle bus that runs from 4 pm to 10pm to take guests/pick up to/from the town centre where all the public onsens and shops located. 3. The hotel has its own private onsen. The ryokan is comfortable for a big family and the private onsen is great. Perfectly located in the centre of town to walk to all the public onsens with one being next door. Meals were huge and well prepared. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially for helping with yakata and kimono dressing. The host and his family made us felt welcomed as soon as we arrived creating a warm atmosphere. We enjoyed a really nice tea ceremony conducted by the host’s mum. Our room overlooked an amazing garden, was very clean and spacious. We rent Yukatas for free, and the host was always so enthusiastic to help us taking photos. The ryokan has two private onsen, both very beautiful, but it is very well located to use any of the public ones too.
