The dinner can be booked with the Ryokan which I highly recommend to enjoy the Ryokan experience to the fullest. Dinner was very nice with decent sashimi. The onsen on top floor is great with view over the Bay Area. The bathroom was new and well maintained. Room set up is nice with a set of chairs and table with a wide window view. The lobby could be nice and I am sure they will improve it. The shuttle to and from the train station was very helpful as we had a lot of luggage. The staff helped us get a dinner reservation. Room was great and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and a beautiful and relaxing experience. The team were welcoming, accommodating and friendly. There's a Family Mart just two blocks away. While soaking in the onsen on the patio, a cat came by seeking some pets – pretty amusing! The tranquility is fantastic. The Indonesian staff, fluent in English, made our stay incredibly seamless.
