Location; plenty of restaurants around, very close to Mirador Niza (Niza View point) and it's 25 min (by car) away from the most well known hot springs in the area, 10 min to a shopping mall too!

Very clean and comfy

Angie was so kind and helpful. When we weren't sure where the bus was, she walked us there herself, she made calls to try to arrange a taxi for us as our Spanish is not so good and she couldn't do enough to help us during our stay. Such a lovely host. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was great in terms of accessing the centre, only about two block away.

Being close to nature, the hot springs, sustainable practices, and great design choices in the building were wonderful. Some of the staff, especially Raymond, were great. The bird life when it was quiet was amazing to witness.

We had an unforgettable experience at Termales del Ruiz. The facilities and scenery are incredible. All the staff was very attentive and courteous. The hot springs pools are incredible. The short hiking to watch the hummingbirds and the waterfall is just breathtaking (Thank you Christian!). We will definitely return.

The hotel was wonderful. The amenities including pool and hot springs were beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was great. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Cabin was clean and equipped adequately.

THE CABIN WAS AMAZING, SPACIOUS AND COZY, THE VIEWS OMG! THE BEST ! WE DIDNT KNOW BUT IT COMES WITH WINE AND CHEESE. WE HAVE A GREAT TIME AT THE JACUZZI . ALSO THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD, THE PLACE WITH THE HUMMING BIRDS AND THE HOT SPRINGS WAS INCREDIBLE, WE WISH WE STAY MORE!
