The room was very clean. There was a ventilator/blower and aircondition in the room. As well a small balcony. Also a desk and and a fridge. There were lockers to store your lugguge when you arrive too early, or when you check out, all for free. Also the common bathroom was very tidy. Also free toiletries offered. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The neighbourhood was bery nice as well. There is a very nice backery downstairs. As well many restaurants.

Location, very good apartment with all you need, comfortable and very clean, even supply beach towels and beach chairs and a parasol all free.

The property was very clean, fully stocked up and furnished. There was shampoo, shower gel, washing pods, washing up liquid, toilet paper etc when we arrived. Staff were on messages when needed. We travelled with two young children and the accomodation was perfect with a beautiful balcony when wanting to be outside and air conditioning when too hot. There is a local bus that takes you to the beach and gran alacant (which took us a while to work out).

Very very clean with zero bugs and not even one mosquito. Everything you need for a family to be very comfortable whilst on holiday and recently refurbished to a high standard. No nonsense key collection and checkout. Would definitely recommend staying here for a comfortable holiday. Even the sofa bed was a pleasure to sleep on. Very very little noise at night which was lovely. Can’t wait to stay here again.
