All good. They were ready to accommodate when we reached early. Nice and polite staff always answer the phone calls Comfortable and clean room. Beach near the property is maintained very clean.

The location and price are great for this basic, no-nonsense hotel with large and clean room. AC worked fine with few power cuts but that didn't bother us.

The place was so easy to locate and just a few minutes away from the Baga beach. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the owner and staff was very helpful, patient and guided us well with all our queries.

The property was very clean , bright lights, friendly staff and the sea view from the 8th floor room was great.
