Lovely location. Very clean room. Friendly staff

Awesome old building and area where the owners have put many years and love in the restauration. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable and offer 2 different types of pillows per Person. Very friendly to kids and families. The owners were there most of the time and asked of everything is ok, we felt very welcome. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Great pool and sunbeds.

I literally loved this place! Right in the historical centre of Marta, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Check in was super easy, the place itself was very clean and comfy. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped to cook meals, the bedroom was nice and comfy and the bathroom was spotless clean with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Although I didn't meet the host, she was the most gentle and comunicative, really supportive of any need. Will definitely go back.

Absolutely charming apartment with great view from the balcony!!! Very clean and cosy ,very nice town and region itself. The house is renovated. If there is an opportunity to be back on Bolsena lake I would like to stay at this place.
