The location is beautiful and the room, dining room and pool all have a beautiful view. There is a small city nearby with everything we needed - a great supermarket, coffee shops and bakeries, and restaurants. Nearby, there are amazing natural sites, as well as cities to visit, and everything is quite close. We went to hot springs in nature, hiked, saw Montepulciano, and visited wineries. Also, during this stay, we had family with us, including a baby, and there was lots of open space and grass for her as well.

Fantastic views, superb rooms. Everything was super thoughtfully provided for our stay. Beautiful room and lounge areas, with hot springs and restaurant overlooking the natural scenery. The staff were super attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to unwind after a drive.

The location is great, the view is amazing from every side of the hotel, the room is spacious, the whole hotel is quiet and relaxing. Generous, fresh breakfast. The thermal pool is real hot spring healing water. We will come back for sure

The view was fantastic, and the place was so peaceful. The highlight was the cat in the morning coming to say hello outside our bedroom. Stefano was a great host, very friendly and knows where to go when we want to avoid the crowd of the touristic places. He recommended the San Filippo hot springs, Certaldo town and many little gems. Villa Nottola suited us perfectly, just 5 minutes out of town. Manager was very helpful with suggestions of things to do, eg hot springs and wine tour. Restaurant staff also pleasant and helpful !!!

It's very spacious and clean. Facilities were very good and apartment was in a good location near hot springs, restaurants and transport links. We each had a room with ensuite washing facilities. Leaving some water and snacks for us was a nice touch.

Wonderful little boutique hotel set in nature in a small village in Tuscany. Superb location aside historic natural hot springs that feed the many indoor and outdoor hotel pools (water temp is between 82 and 100 F, depending on the pool). Good food and friendly hotel staff. Very spacious common areas and large outdoor grounds (including a tennis court) given that they only have 38 rooms. So the hotel doesn't feel cramped at all even when they are fully booked.
