Loved that there was a beautiful public Onsen to use. The hotel is also only 5-7 min walk from Akita station and close to the hiking paths you can use to explore the amazing city. Very cleaned, view of the lake from the room, the dinner is very detailled and good food quality, definitely 10/10, all japanese style, same for the breakfast. Private onsen available with a 30 min reservation slot which I found vedy useful so you can book your spot in advance for the day.
