We loved our stay here. Location is great, an easy walk from the train station, and lots of food options around. (We loved Nonohana (ののはな), an izakaya just around the corner. We sat at the bar and had a great time chatting with some of the regulars - the food here is delicious and very affordable.) The hotel has an awesome natural hot spring, including an open air one, so I bathed while watching the snow fall - it was pretty magical. Then they offer free ice creams, a manga library, and free massage chairs - it doesn't get much better. The buffet breakfast was expensive but we had a lot of fun trying different dishes - this is a great way to try the famous Aomori apple if you're in a rush. We had apple juice, apple pie and apple jelly!

The staff were very kind, and we really enjoyed the hotel facilities, and the happy hours! The hotel was sparkly clean and really close to the train station (actually it's above the station itself, but you don't feel it).

This place is an absolute gem. The staff, food, location and room were all exceptional. I would recommend this ryokan to anyone wanting an exceptional ryokan experience. The onsen was also fantastic and the warmest one we came across in our month in Japan.

Kaisenkaku ligger i Asamushi Onsen-kvarteret i Aomori, 19 km fra Sannai-Maruyama-området og 2 km fra Asamushi Akvarium. The hospitality was amazing, when we arrived our bags were taken for us and we were led to the lounge where the attendant helped check us in there were free drinks and small snacks available as well. The room was spacious and the view of the coast was great. Though we spoke limited Japanese the staff was helpful and there were English instructions available. The dinner service and breakfast included were amazing too.

Yadoya Tsubaki har en god beliggenhed i Asamushi Onsen-distriktet i Aomori. Det ligger 11 km fra Gappo Park, 13 km fra Munakata Shiko Memorial Museum of Art og 14 km fra Aomori Prefectural Kyodokan. The location was excellent. The town itself is also very quaint and calming. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Always willing to assist even though my Japanese is very poor. There was also a lot of advertising in the accommodation of what was going on locally which was really nice.
