Onsen, was really nice as well, both men and women. Room was quite big for Japan. 6min walk from the train station! I will for sure recommend and return when possible. View from our room was also great and the sound isolation is very good.

The food was incredibly worth it and one of the most memorable meals of our trip. The staff was gracious and helpful and the rooms were fantastic.

The onsen, bath, and Mt Fuji view were astonishing. We loved every minute of our stay. It is so close to the lake. There is a free shuttle to the station and service is great. The breakfast had a plenty of choices of traditional and non traditional food. The dinner ceremony and variety were amazing. We loved our experience. We get a feel of Japanese culture in this hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Although we arrived with a delay they were still able to swiftly arrange our transfer, prepare our room and our meal as well.
