After a lot of hectic cities, we came to a full relaxation after the complimentary footbaths, private onsen, 5 course dinner specially adjusted for my pregnant wife. Looking out to sea from the room, a tiny tori gate in the distance. It was like heaven.

At 三朝温泉　桃園館 guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot spring bath. Our tatami room was spacious and thoughtfully prepared, with futons laid out and men’s yukata already provided. The location is convenient, close to the bus station and within walking distance of the Misasa area. The onsen, featuring both indoor and outdoor baths, was lovely. They also offer a variety of yukata to use during your stay, along with geta in different sizes if you’d like to stroll around in traditional attire. For the price we paid, this place was an incredible value compared to other ryokan nearby.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The room was very clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and offered serene traditional atmosphere blended seamlessly with modern conforms. There was a terrace with a beautiful view adding on to the comfort of the room. The dinner was traditional Japanese-style and for sure it should not be missed! The multi-course kaiseki meal was beautifully presented and very delicious, including fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel's location is good for visiting the Itsukushima Torii (Water gate) as it is just one station away from it but at the same time away from the madness of the island.
