Right from the reception, the amenities offered to the service of the staffs. Rooms were really clean and the in room dining is a must have. We booked the couple room with the en suite onsen and we can directly see the Torii gate from our room. The experience is exceptional. There is also access to the common area with many snacks and drinks provided. One of the most complete experience I have had in a hotel. The price might be on the steep end but definitely worth the experience!

Nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở Hagi Onsen-kyo, Hagi, Hagi No Yado Tomoe tọa lạc cách Bãi biển Kikugahama 12 phút đi bộ, Shokasonjuku Academy 1.8 km và Shoin Shrine 1.8 km. loved our stay here! the room was sooo spacious, more than enough room for 2 people. we really felt like we were having a true japanese ryokan experience. everything in the room, from the tatami to the bathroom was so clean and comfortable. the staff was very welcoming and they even came to pick us up from the train station! the front desk helped us with suggestions for different restaurants and called to make reservations for us, they were very accommodating. the onsen was sooo beautiful and really made our stay just perfect. the japanese breakfast was included and it was truly a work of art, every bite was delicious and a feast for the senses. we enjoyed their complimentary coffee while viewing the japanese gardens off the reception area, so relaxing. overall it was just wonderful and we couldn't have asked for anything better. oh and the staff also took us back to the train station after we checked out! would definitely stay here again.

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. Everything Staffs / facilities / locations everything was great and better than my expectation. My second time to Miyajima and next time I will stay at Iwaso also

Nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở Nagato-Yumoto Onsen, Nagato, SOIL Nagatoyumoto nằm cách Kuruson-zan Shuzen-ji Temple 37 km, Doigahama Site Anthropological Museum 41 km và Ejio Park 41 km. At arrival we were offered a possibility to upgrade our room for a reasonable fee to a bigger one, the king suite, which we accepted. And I have to admit, it was the most beautiful hotel room we have ever stayed in. Spacious and decorated with a lot of taste, every lamp and every detail are perfectly matching this place and creating an amazing atmosphere. Lots of space, big windows with beautiful views to the river below. The room needs no TV, because with the river during the day and a distant thunderstorm at night, the nature gives already the best show. There is a sauna on the top floor, also very beautiful and with a great view. Moreover, the onsen next door accepts people with tattoos (how refreshing!) and the river and surroundings are perfect for a relaxing walk. We really hope to go back someday and enjoy this magical place again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. There was a great view of the lake from the hotel room. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and offered serene traditional atmosphere blended seamlessly with modern conforms. There was a terrace with a beautiful view adding on to the comfort of the room. The dinner was traditional Japanese-style and for sure it should not be missed! The multi-course kaiseki meal was beautifully presented and very delicious, including fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel's location is good for visiting the Itsukushima Torii (Water gate) as it is just one station away from it but at the same time away from the madness of the island.
