The property offers free pick-up shuttles from Hirayu Onsen bus stop, a 3-mintue ride away. the room was awesome, the onsen was nice, especially the onsen outside the room, inside the room not so hot, could be hotter. Room is very spacious, comfy, a lot of amenities.

We loved the outdoor baths looking out the little forest covered in snow. Room was large and comfy. The dinner was amazing. Hida beef was delicious. The breakfast was also tasty. The service was also great. They were very welcoming and kind to us. It feels more personal and private here than other bigger ryokans. Such a lovely memorable experience for us in Japan.

The private hot spring is amazing! Such a relaxing and fulfilling atmosphere.
