The included breakfast was great, and alternated between Western and Japanese style. This is the perfect spot if you’re skiing Goryu as it’s a quick 10 min walk to the hill. The recommendation and discount for Cherry Rentals nearby was also appreciated. The lower level onsen was a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes. They also offer dinner (we had the Nabe hot pot) which was a great and tasty way to finish off the trip. Would recommend and stay again! Thanks!

The Happo Kan is a 5-minute drive from Hakuba Iwatake Ski Area, and a 10-minute drive from Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort. It’s a 5-minute drive from the La Foret Hakuba Art Museum, as well as from Hakuba Train Station. The Hakuba Happo Onsen hot springs are a 10-minute drive. Amazing view and breakfast. The two ladies went above and beyond to make us feel super comfortable and taken care off!

Wow wow WOW. We didn't want to leave. This place was amazing. The two onsens are super plush. The owners are amazing people and we would highly recommend eating breakfast and/or dinner with them.

Free Wi-Fi is provided in the guest rooms and lobby area. The views from this hotel are incredible, and the smell of the mountains was very soothing. We loved Hakuba. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the staff was exceptional, the views were outstanding, and the hospitality unbeatable. They have an onsen on site. One of the aspects I enjoyed was the bookshelves located on the second floor. I liked looking through the books and enjoying a quiet time in Hakuba, The location of the hotel was convenient to anything you could possibly want within the city, and was a great spot for traveling to Happo-One and Togakushi. When we were leaving, the gentleman at the front desk gave us a Hakuba calendar. It made my eyes water!
