We had a fantastic time during the two nights that we stayed at this Ryokan. Hachi-san and his family are lovely people and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay not only memorable but in fact unforgettable. When comparing the food to the other Ryokans and Minshukus we stayed at we felt that here it was the highest quality and also everything was explained to us clearly and proactively, how to enjoy all the different dishes. Hachi-san took many great photos of us and even gave us a lift to the train station when we checked out. Luggage forwarding worked great aswell.

Super friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Also loved the private onsen. Definitely worth checking out early am when it’s public or reserving it. Steam room, big cold pool and hot spring. Breakfast was also very good!

Outstanding service, all staff were amazing! The room was stunning, offering everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Would highly recommend spending the extra for a room with private onsen - it was heavenly.

Nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở Kinosaki Onsen, Toyooka, Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu nằm cách Kinumaki Shrine 2.8 km, Seto Shrine 4.2 km và North Disaster Earthquake Monument 4.7 km. Everything was amazing! I loved the room and the dark blue walls went so well with the wood and tatami floor. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in kinosaki.

All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. At the room there were various snacks, fruits and drinks. Thank you and we will stay again when we visit Arima Onsen once again.

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The breakfast was the BEST in my lifetime so far! Every dish was perfect including all the main dishes and side dishes. Ingredients were so fresh and tasty.

Language barrier was tough because most of them couldnt speak english. However, we met two Indonesian staff who helped translate some of our basic needs. Most of them went along the way to really help us out. One of the things I learned there through their staff, they said "doing the best is our standard". So imagine the kinds of services they will do for you.
