Our stay at Machi No Odoriba was simply perfect: from the moment they welcomed and checked us in to the moment we had to say goodbye. The highlight of this place is the staff. I will always remember the people I met here. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know and more about our room, the dishes we ate, the plates our food was served on and the main attractions to visit. They were always ready to answer every request and need for help. Their kindness was incomparable. But it was not just them. The room was beautiful: big and comfortable, with its own onsen. And the food was delicious: hands-down the best dinner and the best breakfast I had during my stay in Japan. Thank you for this authentic and fascinating experience!

We were a bit worried when the taxi driver was confused by the address, but when we pulled in he said 'ooo this is fancy' and he was right! The play space in the family suite was a cool addition to keep our little one busy. Nice soft beds compared to others we have stayed at.
