Kitchen always keeps clean here. Washing machine and dryer was provided inside the place. This accommodation concerns environment . The lady staff demonstrated information clearly with her friendly mind. I would like to say thank for her assistance. The place was clean and comfortable. You can walk for 7 mins to the rope bridge where cross over the beautiful river, waterfall and view point of Kinugawa. From Nikko, you can take local train with 1 changing station but during train journey is very amazing view beside the railway.

The premier division of this hotel was like an oasis of calm. Excellent staff, great design and comfortable. Well thought out management and implication of that joined up thinking.

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Everything was amazing. The Spot a hidden gem. Outdoor onsen, great atmosphere, lounge with a great view, all supplies needed in the kitchen and more. Cabins very spacious.

Astonishing view and nicely decorated place. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The staffs are friendly and helpful to any queries. It's the best place we've ever stayed during our Japan trip. The highlight of this place? Their onsen. The vibe—it was quite therapeutic and peaceful. I wish we had more time to enjoy the onsen.

Featuring a terrace with views of Lake Ashi, Hakone・Ashinoko Hanaori offers a soothing hot spring bath and sauna. The property is situated a 2-minute walk from Togendai Station on Hakone Ropeway. Everything was perfect. From location next to the ropeway and pirate ship to the food and amenities. The room are very pretty and very comfortable. We have also booked the private onsen as you can't go into the public one with tattoos, but it's common in Japan, so nothing to complain about.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Eidaya. The staff were all lovely, especially the young gentleman who served us during our meals, and the owner was also very warm and welcoming. The food was great and they were able to cater to our allergies/dietary requirements. I also loved all the retro games and decor - it felt like a lot of love and thought had been put in to the ryokan!

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Loved every moment of our stay. The location was beautiful amongst the trees. Staff were exceptional and very helpful. Was sad to leave

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the food was great. The dinner has amazing quality and variety.
