Rakuyu gave us a very good experience in our Kawaguchiko stay. Our room had the best view of the lake, the cocktails were heavy enough to replace dinner! The hotel features a hot tub, massage treatments and karaoke rooms. The staff were friendly. The location was great. I managed to see Mount Fuji on the 7th floor!! What an amazing spot. The also offered private onsen on reservation for JPY 3,300 (50 mins max)

Staffs was very friendly and helpful. Food (breakfast and dinner) in Japanese course is the best. Onsen was great.

Amazing Onsen Spa with view of Mt Fuji, spacious hotel room with balcony and view of Mt Fuji, free electric bike rental, free shuttle pickup at bus/train station, overall very clean and helpful staff

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Great traditional Japanese style tatami room. It was clean, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The staff were great, and the food was amazing. Private outdoor bath was an amazing experience. 10/10 will return one day

Would love to stay longer. We were given alot of things such as water, tea and even juice.
