Located in the centre of Kurokawa Onsen, Oyado Noshiyu offers outdoor and indoor hot-spring baths, Japanese-style accommodations and a traditional teahouse. The place is quite magical, with all its little nooks to explore. The private onsens, there are 5, as well as the public baths are all very charming and peaceful. And to top it all the staff are so wonderful and very professional.

Located in Minami Aso in the Kumamoto Region, 10 km from Naka-dake, Hotel Yumeshizuku boasts a hot spring bath and sauna. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. Everything was perfection - starting from my arrival, public bathhouse experience, the cozy room, delicious dinner and breakfast and very kind staff members. The view of Mt. Aso from the third floor lookout and the footbath area is impeccable. Also, much special thanks to Mr. Isao Tsugayasu, who was extremely helpful and kind to us throughout the stay! He truly made our experience at Yumeshizuku unforgettable. Thank you so much again for your kindness and hospitality. I look forward to my next stay at Yumeshizuku in the nearest future.

Situated in the centre of the Kurokawa Onsen Area and boasting a total of 8 indoor/outdoor hot spring baths, Nanjoen offers traditional Japanese-style accommodation with tatami (woven-straw) flooring... There's pick-up service from the nearby bus station. The service is very good, they even helped to keep your shoes. The view from the room is very nice, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

I like the female service staffs that good communication in english and help me to setting up the surprise happy birthday party for my daughters.

Perfect stay in a wonderful Ryokan. Food so delicious-staff so friendly - Onsens and facilities perfect! We loved it!

Beautiful Ryokan in a great location. The onsen is lovely and the food is absolutely amazing. The little details provided by the staff really made the experience feel special and personalised (from the welcoming message, gift for the kids, help with the bags and detailed explanations). The room is also beautiful and well equipped. I left wanting to stay longer :-)
