The room was very spacious, had a great view of the mountains, and the private onsen was so relaxing. All of the staff I interacted with were very helpful and always so friendly. The breakfast offered every morning was a different kaiseki and featured a variety of dishes and tastes. The location of the hotel is close to many shopping malls, a walking distance from Gion, and accessible to transit (bus & subway). Everything about my stay was wonderful!
