The room was bigger than other places we've stayed and very clean. The location is also very good, close to a station and easy to access a lot of places.

The hotel was very clean both in the public areas and the hotel room! Staff was very kind and professional. They were very accommodating and well versed in different languages. Very foreign and local people friendly.

The yukata robe provided is of superior quality, enhancing the cultural experience and ensuring comfort during the stay. The onsen deserves a special mention for its exceptional standards. However, it might be better for you to book something cheaper if you are not going to stay at the hotel but only sleep. There are many things you can do in Kyoto.

The room was large and comfortable. The Location of the hotel was also fantastic - minutes walk to hundreds of restaurants, shopping and gion district. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and I would love to stay here again.

The property is less than 1 km from the city centre and a 10-minute walk from Nijo Castle. the structure is wonderful; fits perfectly into the context of Kyoto. The Hotel has a wonderful garden. the rooms are quite large and equipped with every comfort. I was amazed by the care towards the customer: every evening there was a gift for me in the room; from cocoa butter to moisturizing mask. The same care was given to my baby; that every evening he found a thought in the room just for him. The restaurant is also family friendly and this is very nice.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. We loved it and would go again. It is a very unique experience and the family was so lovely.

It is set 1.8 km from Mother and Child of Prince Shotoku Statue and offers free shuttle service. The ryokan has a hot spring bath and a lift. This was probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Japan! The onsen was lovely, the service was wonderful, and the view from our room was unbelievable. Not to mention the delicious food (we paid for the breakfast) and the futons themselves were incredibly comfortable.

This 3-star ryokan offers a lift and free shuttle service. The property offers allergy-free units and is situated 14 km from Keirin-ji Temple. This was the most magical place I have ever been. I wish we could have stayed longer.
