The staff is simply amazing you can leave your luggage on arrival at the entrance on the ground floor and everything else will be organized by the amazing staff. At check in the luggage will be already in your room and they even provide two Yukatas for you. Both onsens are beautiful and relaxing and they change everyday so that women and men can appreciate both types. After the hot both enjoy free drinks or icecream in the Lobby area. The rooftop/bar itself is reason enough to book a room, the view is amazing and they even have a footbath underneath. Great little details and a beautiful experience. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!

The asian breakfast was superb, i went downstairs to 2F and it was waiting for me with a ticket with my name 🥰 The staff was kind and friendly and very helpful. I loved the cozy and personal atmosphere, and the view of the sea/harbor from my room was amazing.

Gorgeous property with lovely staff. This was the highlight of the Japanese trip for us! Quite a few locals at the place as well which is always nice. I did a lot of research to find a ryokan that had a private onsen in the room as well as a lovely ground outdoor one for private booking and this one ticked all the boxes! So lucky I found this place! Food in the private dining was also lovely. It really felt like a proper 5 star experience so it was well worth the cost. The shuttle pick up was also extremely punctual and convenient.
