The rooms are super comfy, the onsen is superb, the breakfast is wonderful, and the lounge floor is stunning. Apart from all that, the staff and their hospitality deserve a special shoutout.

Biwako Ryokusuitei offers Japanese-style/Western rooms with Lake Biwako views, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. It is a wonderful and relaxing environment and allows you to enjoy the best onsen experience. The hotel staff organised the shuttle bus for us even though it passed 6pm to ensure we made it to our dinner reservation. The food provided was 10/10, possibly one of the best meals we had in Japan ! And I forgot an item when I left the hotel, the staff just mailed it to my next hotel within the next day. Will definitely come back!

Offering an outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot spring baths and 6 restaurants and bars, Biwako Hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Keihan Hamaotsu Train Station. The location was perfect and the room was exceptional . The staff were super helpful

Located right beside Lake Biwa, Lake Biwa Marriott Hotel features an indoor swimming pool, a large gymnasium and tennis courts available at an additional cost. staff were very nice and they answered me quicky possible.

So romantic I wish we could have stayed forever!!! The en-suite private onsen is on the balcony of the room and also the shower so super shy people might have a problem. Everything was perfect tho, it is a precious memory from our trip.

Nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở Ogoto Onsen, Otsu, Yumotokan nằm cách Đền Enryaku-ji 16 km, Núi Hiei 17 km và Chùa Shoren-in 19 km. The room was spacious and clean. Free snacks and tea were included, and amenities were readily available. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was good, too. I tried 3 out of 4 of the public baths (none of the reservable private ones, though) and found them all to be very nice. I liked the indoor one on the 8th floor (which had an open air as well) the most, though the open air bath on the 11th floor was great , too. Staff were very friendly and warm, too. It was easy to access from Ogoto onsen station because there's a phone that allows you to call the shuttle bus.
