Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. The location was amazing! A fantastic view of Mt. Fuji from our room. The staff was friendly and the service was impeccable! We also loved the french meal!!

The other room, for three adults, was located in the main building and was more traditional and a bit older in style. Each room includes a private onsen, which was a real highlight. Soaking in the hot spring bath after a long day of exploring was incredibly relaxing and luxurious. The main building has a cozy lounge with complimentary hot and cold drinks, available throughout the day — a very nice touch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, offering some of the best service we encountered in Japan. Breakfast was served in a traditional Japanese-style dining room. Since we don’t eat fish, the staff kindly arranged a Western-style breakfast for us the next morning without any issue. Overall, this was a unique and memorable experience, blending warm hospitality, traditional charm, and modern comfort. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and authentic stay near Mount Fuji.

You can also rent bicycles from the accommodation if you are not driving. Breakfast and dinner are both served in the dining area of your apartment so that is super convenient. It's a mini kaiseki experience at dinner and the menu changes every day. Breakfast is Japanese style. You will get fed very well! Room is comfortable and spacious. You also get to enjoy the private onsen right at your door step.
