Rooms are with Japanese traditional flavor too, yet sleeping on proper beds, not on a floor mattress. The hot spring area on the higher floor with city view is great with indoor and outdoor hot water pool options, cold water plunge pool and sauna. Great value for the money paid!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The shuttle service was very helpful for coming and going from the train station and to various activities. The onsen was clean and relaxing. There was laundry available for use. Games outdoors and indoors. Just amazing.

The setting, atmosphere and tranquility were out of this world. Our host was really very friendly and attentive as well as being chatty. All previous reviews of the inn were right. Spacious room, liked the massage chair, nice views of the forest. We saw deers and raccoon dogs from the hotel. The only thing to be aware of is that there are no bathrooms attached to the rooms, showering is reserved to the onsen, toilet and sink are in the room.

The staff was very kind and the location is pretty good. Not too far from the station by foot and there are nice restaurants nearby. The inn has an awesome bathhouse on the top level and a few minutes away there is a public foot bath as well.

The staff were very nice and friendly, The view is amazing and the food as well. Bed are very comfy with a very good sleep.I love the onsen room, very cozy and beautiful, a bit hard to get the private onsen, have to check in front of the onsen room sometimes.
