The rooms were large, modern and spacious with lovely traditional details throughout, and great views across the mountains. The Onsen was beautiful and the whole hotel was very clean and exceptionally maintained. After finishing in the Onsen, the complimentary ice cream was a lovely added bonus. Would recommend to anyone visiting Japan for a luxury stay for a short weekend skiing!

We do not speak Japanese and the staff was kind and helpful, sometimes using Google translate to help communicate. Everything was excellent.
