Minshuku Sumiya se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Kawayu Onsen din Tanabe, la 12 km de Hosshinmon Oji Shrine, la 20 km de Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art și la 23 km de Kumanoshi... The traditional room was extremely comfortable. In winter the room gets very cold but there is AC and the nice kotatsu (heating blanket/table). We also had the meals arranged and they were delicious. The staff was very amiable and helpfull :) Finally, the outdoor bath in the river is an unforgetable experience.

Hotel Kirinosato Takahara features outdoor and indoor hot spring baths, only a 2-minute walk from the World Heritage Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Routes. I enjoyed it a lot! The host is fantastic with a good sense of humor. We really enjoyed the stay there! The food was fantastic. They made perfect adjustments for my food because of my allergy. The view is perfect, we enjoyed the nice pink sunset while having dinner. The homemade plum wine is nice too! Just can’t have enough. After a long day walk, this hotel has everything that I need and surprised me with its warm and friendly staff and high standards.

Ashita no Mori se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Kawayu Onsen din Hongu, la 20 km de Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art, la 23 km de Kumanoshi Kiwakozan Museum și la 33 km de Kamikura... The onsen hotel is at the bank of Kumano river, not far away from the Shingu town. The hotel has two private onsens in house free to use. You can get a spade from the hotel to dig out a bed in the river bank to make your own onsen. Our room was facing the river with a breathtaking scenic view. The dinner was not included but the food (Kumano beef) was delicious with tasty Sake. The breakfast was included. The best breakfast we had through this 7 days trip. The host family are really nice and great. They have a loveable school age daughter(Emu) smiling all the time. They offer the luggage delivery service to our next two hotels with the pricing much better than Kumano travel or Yamoto.

Offering tranquil outdoor hot-spring baths with nature views, a Nakai-san personal attendant, karaoke, massages and sumptuous Kaiseki dinners, Yunominesou is a 10-minute walk from Tsuboyu hot spring,... Comfortable, a very good place to rest especially after a hike. I will stay here again. All the staff are friendly and very helpful! Special shout out to Thiri Win! You were superb! 👍🏻

Hot-spring baths and massages can be enjoyed at Nakanoshima, located a 5-minute ferry ride from Kanko Sanbashi pier. Traditional Kaiseki dinners and rooms with views of Nachi Bay are featured. Spacious area!!! Not only was the room very big, but the staff was also very informative and nice.

The staff were lovely and very helpful before and during our stay. The house is spacious and scrupulously clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the bath is worth the wait to fill with hot spring water. We enjoyed the free snacks and instant noodles for a no fuss dinner. The Kawayu Onsen bus stop is a few meters away, making transport easy. Soaking in the river hot springs is a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable and the onsen was large and relaxing after big day hikes! The hosts have provided everything you could need and their kindness and communication was exceptional!
